I know I have rambled plenty about how awesome Adam's year has gone in Kindergarten. Bare with me as I ramble some more! In his classroom, each student gets a chance to be the "student of the week". This week is Adam's. He brought home a folder with questions to answer and we were supposed to send pictures. With this they make a large bulletin board about the student so everyone can get to know them better. Along with this board they get many special privlidges like the front of every line, a seat right by teacher all week and getting to run all the class errands. Adam is LOVING it and it is SO MUCH FUN to hear about. Here are his responses that I just will cherish forever:
Name: Adam Timothy Baerlocher

Where were you born: Pendleton, OR
What I love: my family and God
I am special because: I have a new baby sister or brother coming soon
I want to be when I grow up: a golfer
What I love to do: read and run
What am I good at: reading
Favorite food: macaroni
Favorite sport: baseball
My big guy also has 2 loose teeth that he can't wait to lose! ;)
Gracie girl has been her normal 2 year old self. Full of opinion and always making us laugh. We have conquered bedtime thank you very much. Yesterday the new infant car seat came that we ordered for the new baby and I am positive she thought the new baby should have been inside. She kept asking "where baby is?" "I want to hold babeee!". it was precious. She kisses my tummy and asks to hold the baby daily. She also loves to shop. She never wants to come home instead she will say "NOOO I want to go store!". Grace's latest skill is puzzles! All of my kids have been great at puzzles and loved them from an early age. She is up to a 24 pieces by herself! that strong will just needs to channeled guess! :)
Tyler is loving pre school, has mastered his bike and loves to read! He continues to get covered in dirt from head to toe every day. I believe my dad now when he told me little boys need dirt to grow. Tyler also makes us laugh on a daily basis. He stole a piece of Easter candy from his sister the other day and then cried because he bit his tongue. I told him that was karma for taking the candy that wasn't his. Adam promptly asks "what's karma?". Tyler pipes in, "she said CARMEL, the candy was CARMEL!". :)
Baby 4 is growing. I am feeling big. I continue to exercise which helps my sanity and back a lot but I still feel huge already. I am almost 34 weeks. I get many comments on how big I am and I want to tell people once again...unless you are about to tell a pregnant woman how adorable or great she looks...DON'T say anything! :) seriously. Here's the comments I have gotten this week. "oh my you just get bigger and bigger". "wow you really went vroom (and she made a motion with her hand over a ginormous belly, then proceeds to say) I guess when it's your 4th and your body knows what to do it just does it...you look great by the way." uh huh yea right, nice cover! So far so good with this pregnancy. I can't complain. I am just huge already and tired...but I can't complain. :)
Two weeks ago I did hearing and vision screenings for the kids at school. That was a lot of fun and went wonderfully. I love helping out at school.
Justin is training for Bloomsday. He will do great I am sure. He is running in the corporate cup for JUB again this year. He also just built us a garden shed. That will get it's entire own post though, pictures coming soon.
this is our attempt to capture and remember the crazy fun we are having raising these awesome little ornery children

Easter
We had a very nice Easter in Walla Walla with my family. The highlight for me was dressing Gracie! :)I simply loved her dress and hat and so did she! We put her hair in curlers and she loved it all. It was great.

The boys were much less enthused with their "Easter outfits" and didn't really even want to cooperate for a picture. Here is my sad attempt at a picture of all 3 of my kids.

but the family one turned out okay! ;)

Swing Set!
Instead of taking a little family vacation over spring break we decided to buy a swing set for our yard. What a great idea! It has been wonderful. Justin set it up last Friday in record time. Seriously, the box said it would take 2 adults 2 hours and he did it in less than that alone. Well prego me helped but I can't even call that helping. So Saturday morning I barely even got breakfast in the kids and they were dressed and outside on the thing for an hour. It was glorious. That of course only happened the one morning:)

Last Saturday our neighborhood had an Easter egg hunt. It was very fun.

Other updates from our house include Justin building us a garden storage shed. He is impressing me very much on his skill and speed. It is almost done and looks awesome. Pics of that to come. The kids have been "helping" a lot! ;)
Spring break was wonderful. The weather wasn't but we made the best of it. The kids all got along really well and we had a great week. It was so nice not to rush off somewhere every morning!
Lent was officially over at sunset tonight. We made it through. My family gave up eating out and it was a tough one. A very good one though. We had a lot of peanut butter and jelly sandwich nights and I honestly learned a lot. The kids are ALWAYS thrilled to eat pb&j! Good to know. Cheap and easy.
Grace is doing better without the binki. We made it through that! FEW. She still gets up at night but its just to potty and back to bed. She is waking up dry in the morning so I hate to discourage that!
I am a healthy 31 weeks along. Starting to hit the uncomfortable stage. I am trying to stay really active which helps my backaches a lot. I am taking a yoga class that is just wonderful. We are getting excited to meet this baby!
Wishing all a very Happy Easter!!!!
